Well, if my sister has just moved with her boyfriend. She never cooked! And I am very new to this .. If I am interested in a few good ideas for meals and dishes!

Chicken Teriyaki

1 cup boneless chicken
1 red / 2 teaspoon
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
1 / 3 cup soy sauce
Sugar 1 / 2 teaspoon
Floor 1 / 2 cup chicken
Cornstarch 1 / 2 c. Soup

1. Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper for an hour and a half.
2. Pour into a saucepan, combine the soy sauce and sugar.
3. Let simmer until sugar is dissolved.
4. In another bowl, dissolve cornstarch in chicken broth.
5. Add mixture of cornstarch and actions for soybeans and sugar in a saucepan.
6. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture becomes thick.
7. Thread four pieces of chicken on fifty-six cocktail sticks of wood.
8. Crickets, until light brown in color and shapes.
9. Pour teriyaki sauce over and serve.

10 minutes Miso Soup
2 1 / 2 cups water
1 green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
1 tablespoon miso dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
Col 1 / 2 cup chopped Napa
1 / 4 cup extra-firm tofu cubes
2 tablespoons grated carrots
1 tablespoon sea vegetables Hijiki

1. In a medium saucepan combine water, most of the green onion (1 tablespoon reserved for garnish), and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add dissolved miso.
2. Pour batter through a fine strainer into the cups. (Soup will be cloudy at first but settled in a standing position.) Butte cabbage, tofu, carrot, and if desired, serve hijiki sea vegetables in the center of each plate, garnish with green onions and reserved.

Ginger-Sesame Noodles with Vegetables

Sesame Sesaoning (see below)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (preferably oil grape seed oil)
1 / 4 cup lightly packed chopped fresh ginger
2 chopped green onions
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 / 4 c. Tea pepper flakes
1 / 3 cup Chinese rice wine or
A 10 oz package
8 ounces dry pasta or spaghetti

1. Prepare the sesame seasoning (see below), on one side.
2. In a large frying pan or wok, heat the oil over high heat until smoking hot, but not. Add the ginger and spring onions, fry until fragrant --approximately 40 seconds. Add the garlic and chili flakes, stir fry 20 seconds. Add the rice wine or sake and vegetables and cook for 1 minutes. Add spices and sesame stir fry until the sauce a little thicker, 2 to 3 minutes.
