Benefits Of A Living Trust Who Pays The Attorney's Fees Related To Settling An Estate When There Is A Recocable Living Trust Involved?

Who pays the Attorney's fees related to settling an estate when there is a Recocable Living Trust involved? - benefits of a living trust

The rights recognized in the new trust for the benefit of the surviving spouse? The confidence of the deceased?
Or survivor's pension from the pocket of the man?

The Attorney General rights are part of the property. They came before the creation of trust. In most cases a higher priority over the debts of the estate.
